If you weren’t the small minority in Friday’s AI Powered Job Hunt workshop, you missed a good session!

We got a lot drafted with ChatGPT, but we also talked about how to tell heroic stories about what you do, what you’ve done, how to reenter the workforce after having kids, the emotions around layoffs, the competition, so many profound things.

Inspired by that Friday conversation, I will start this week’s notes with citing Seth Godin's Purple Cow: Transform Your Business by Being Remarkable.

I assumed, coming into Friday’s workshop, that everyone had read Purple Cow, but no one else had. It’s such a gem.

Seth Godin describes how you have to become remarkable and unique. Businesses (and people) need to stand out like a 'Purple Cow' in a field of monochrome Holsteins. It applies to jobs, to dating, to business.
