ASSPlan GPT

This week’s new GPT is in the AI Playground!

Monday I wrote about how ASSes are so helpful for me. And I mentioned Tuesday, that accountability is a powerful tool for life fulfillment. So today we are taking those ideas into the GPT. If you didn’t read the earlier notes here is what ASS means in this context:

Author Aaron Ross writes about creating forcing functions that get you into action. He calls them ASSes.

1.     Announce to others that you’ll create a  ….

2.     Specific outcome, by a …

3.     Specific date

Or more simply have a deadline that other people know about.

He writes this is how he motivates himself when he is tired, confused, unsure what to do and to ensure he does the important but not urgent things that typically get pushed aside. I should have mentioned Monday that he emphasizes that you should only announce things that you can control.

But what if you have a dream or a goal and you are unsure how to proceed? Ask the new ASSPlan GPT and get an ASSPlan to meet your goal. Maybe we should call it a KickASS Plan?

Here is a sample ASSPlan I got when chatting. Hopefully you are better about reading email than I am!

My Request: I'd like a plan to move from over 10000 unread messages to inbox zero this month. I want to do it in a way that is easy to maintain without reading the unimportant stuff but also being sure I see the important stuff easily and quickly. By Important I mean notes from friends and family, work related tasks, health or appointment related tasks, and key newsletters I want to be sure to consistently read. What do you recommend?
