When you use an AI tool like ChatGPT, part of the fun is the dialogue and rabbit holes you explore on the way.

I was trying to help a friend find a new role where she will feel appreciated, get to do her best work, and not feel like she’s swimming against the current. Things I think most people would want.

And typing/chatting away, I stumbled into creating a GPT that asks about your interests, personality style, preferences, and type of work you’ve done, to identify what industries and roles are more likely to have cultures that resonate with you.  

That insight, plus some LinkedIN power searching, and you are well on your way to reaching out to the right people. Combine it with an ASS Plan from last week’s GPT to get going.
