Mindful Gardens

I have a friend who is obsessed with this gardening woman Nichole Johnsey Burke’s posts on Instagram. She jokes that she stalks her. I can see why; the posts are beautiful and inspired today’s happy hour. As NJB says

“I always keep seeds on hand for special occasions…you know, like Tuesday.”

We’ll take it for this Thursday happy hour!

So, today’s task should you choose to, is to plant a few bulbs, arrange a bouquet, start some seeds for your garden, or maybe just do a watercolor painting of flowers.

Do something mindfully to brighten the week and celebrate spring.
