How Interesting

I use a tool called Keep, Start, Stop. 
It’s just a simple table I come back to when organizing my to do list. 

Keep exercising, Start emailing more consistently, Stop staying up until 3am are on the list right now. One of the other things on the list to Start is “How Interesting”.

When things don’t go the way you planned, the way you want or expect, not on your schedule, etc. one chooses to react with “How Interesting”. This reply leaves space for new interpretations. The thing or event may still not be what you wanted, but there might be a chance to be able to hold multiple beliefs at once about a topic. It reminds me of a Tony Robbins prompt to always ask “What could be good about this awful thing?”.

So the new book launch date is planned for Oct. How interesting! 😊
