A Simple Exercise to Find Your Focus for 2025

Here’s a quick exercise to help you kick off 2025 well:
Keep / Start / Stop.
Grab a piece of paper or open your planner, and create three lists:
Keep: What’s working? What brings you joy or purpose? Keep doing these things.
Start: What’s missing? What new habit, routine, or idea could make your life better?
Stop: What’s draining you? What can you let go of to make space for what matters?
This simple reflection only takes 10 minutes, but it can shift your entire mindset for the year ahead. It's something worth doing each month.
